Quality Painting & Wallcoverings, INC.

Quality is never an accident, but rather the result of high goals, sincere effort and skillful execution.

I want to personally thank you and your foreman Francisco Gomez for all of the hard work and extra effort required to successfully complete the first phase of construction on the Town and Country Hotel. It was a difficult project logistically due to phasing and complicated by another contractor simultaneously remodeling guest room interiors.

Your attention to detail, proactive approach and professionalism are always appreciated and set you apart from other project managers.

Francisco was a great choice as foreman for this project. His ability to work with others, get the most from his crew and assign his people appropriately to tasks made the project run smoothly and on schedule. He is a very hard worker and the others followed his example.

The owner rep and architects have nothing but good things to say about the finish. They are completely satisfied with how well the building looks overall and amazed at how great the graphics came out; with crisp straight lines and no overlaps, which is difficult due to the raked finish CMU block walls.

Quality Painting and Wallcoverings performed exceptionally due to the personal attention given by its office and field leadership. I look forward to continued successful projects with QP&A in the future.

Best regards,

I just wanted to take a minute to express how much I enjoy working with your team. At our last management meeting our superintendents discussed how times are crazy busy and chaotic right now....We all agreed that we can simply count on Quality to get things handled and Rob is a huge part of that! Just wanted to say thanks again!

Thank you for brightening the living spaces at Carol’s House and for brightening the lives of women and children who seek safety and shelter there throughout the year. When you and your crew teamed up with Carol’s House benefactors you literally turned a house into a home. You are truly the exemplification of "high goals, sincere effort, and skillful execution" and the community is a better place because of you. See the full letter here
